Was about what we expected for the price. Off boring section of Laugavegur, but a brisk walk to downtown. Room clean and pantry stocked. Only two complaints: shower was a clever trap - no idea how to make it consistently hot (and not freezing/scalding), and also that the clothes dryer was out of order when we visited. Minimal interactions with the staff so no complaints or compliments there. Would probably choose something closer to downtown if we go again, though some good hidden shops nearby.Was about what we expected for the price. we only meet the starff, one day. ´They did´nt contakt os, before the day, we schould pay. But on the otherside, it was easy to just be oneself... The cleaning was very poor, and that has to be better. There was a lot of dust in the room, and there was dirthy in the kithen closets and draws. We were four persons, but we needede some things, like knives to eat all four. Located at the end of the main street of Reykjavik. Easy walk to town, but in a very quiet area. Room was very clean with a great kitchen. Staff were incredibly helpful. We had a great time, however the staff could use some improvement. When one our hot plates wasn't working, they kindly sought a temporary alternative for us (two days in a row, after we called them about it). However we never heard back from them throughout the rest of the week, although they had promised that they would fix it. This was quite a disappointment. Other than that, we had a great stay.
