Property Description

Right beside Corcovado National Park!
If you want to be immersed in pure nature, this is the place to do it! Enjoy our extensive self guided trail system located on over 61 hectares of rain forest in the Golfo Dulce Forest Reserve. It's bordered on one side by the beautiful Rio Tigre, and on the other side by Corcovado National Park, one of the most bio-diverse places on earth! We are nestled in Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula, next to the small gold mining village of Dos Brazos de Rio Tigre.

Stay in the original farmhouse. Hear the birds and Howler monkeys every morning as you watch the sunrise over the Golfo Dulce. There is an updated kitchen, roofed picnic table, and hammocks for relaxing. All of the sleeping accommodations at Bolita are open-air. You may choose a dorm bed, or double private room, in the original farm house, or indulge yourself in of of the new cabinas, each with its own private seating area in front.

" Bolita is one of the BEST hostels. You are situated in bungalows up in the jungle, everything is open air, there is wildlife abound, and it feels like you are camping. The hike to the hostel is uphill by 30 minutes with a few river crossings so take only what you need and leave the rest in the locker at the base (everything was very safe locked up). There are great hiking trails, the kitchens are very nice, you can drink the water -it was an amazing experience. I would come back thanks Val!! "
