Excellent location - very central. Really lovely staff who were very welcoming, and we had a lovely, big, bright room. Will definitely visit again - highly recommended!

Our room shared a door with the another room and a balcony with two rooms...I wouldn't keep anything of too much value in the room, just to be safe. The owner is super helpful.

Located around the corner from the best gelato shop in the world - Sorbetteria Castaglione. This was enough to keep us happy - but the huge, clean rooms, helpful staff and clean bathrooms made this an excellent place to stay.

Best hostel ever. HUGE, clean room for best value. Friendliest staff we've met in Italy. Host has a couple of really helpful tips (best places for ice cream, bars etc). Only suggestion for improvement: Exchange the zwieback for bread rolls at breakfast.

Bologna Old Town Hostel has the largest rooms and the most comfortables beds you can ever find in a hostel. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the centre but at the same time away from the noisy routes. The hostel is located next to the Tribunale and a police station so the entire area is very safe. Andrea, one of the owners, is so nice and welcoming, genuinely interested in his guests and always ready to have a chat or help you with whatever you need. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice and clean!! The locaion is perfect, very good, quite and well-connected area. The staff was very helpful. No bad comments to leave! The room huge and clean, nice furniture. The bathrooms also!....I would definitely go back!

Central location, good value for money.

A very large room, very clean and two steps away from the historic centre. The owner was very helpfull and friendly. breakfast was ok. I really enjoyed my stay in this bed and breakfast and when I come back to Bologna I will stay there again.

This is definitely a good place to stay in Bologna, you will have no troubles. The doors lock, the people are helpful and its very walkable to Piazza Maggiore and very bussable to the Central Station.

This was a great hostel! The two owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. We only stayed for one night but they showed us a great pizza place in town and told us about the city and the good spots to go to in the little time we had. The rooms are really nice, huge, and very clean and it's in a quiet little building. I would definitely recommend staying at this hostel!

I enjoyed the stay and would definately recommend. Breakfast could do with a little improvement though: a fresh croissant and a better juice would be nice.

Great, charming place! Not too far from a lot of the sites in Bologna, and the rooms are fantastic. The owners are very nice, as well, and we tried our best to communicate with them in half English/Italian. Great breakfast served to our room on request. Provided any assistance we needed, including map guides. Overall, would highly recommend this place for both the price and quality of service.

Fantastic B&B in convenient location a few minutes walk from the main square. Rooms are very spacious and clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and are very friendly people and were happy to help us with any queries. Good breakfast (included). Good room rates - great value for money. Had a perfect stay and would recommend this accommodation to anyone.
