Secure, quiet, clean and pretty place to rest! Breakfast served to your room and Andrea is a very friendly helpful host. No communal area, this hostel was a tranquil place to relax, and have a great sleep on a good bed in a big room! A change from hostels!

Great place to stay, Andrea is super welcoming. The rooms are big and clean, good bathrooms, definitely stay there again

The location of the hostel was ideal for walking the beautiful Bologna streets. The hostel was relaxing and quiet and Andrea and Andrea were extremely helpful with us getting to know the city. They recommended great restaurants and gelato, and even contacted a spa that we were hoping to schedule massages at in order to translate the message machine for us. We will definitely recommend Bologna Old Town to family and friends!

It's in a good spot for having a look at the city centre but not being right in the middle. The guy recommended maybe the best ice cream place we've ever been just round the corner! And a really nice, authentic italian restaurant (no english menu!). They were friendly and the room was very spacious and tidy. Would stay again for sure.

Location is very good, quite and nice part of old town with only short walk to centre of Bologna, but far enough to find alternative options to park car cheaper, without driving into restricted zone. Hostel is very clean, staff very helpful. Not much interaction with guests or staff as breakfast served into your room. The only one thing could be changed - tray with some glasses in the room and maybe cattle to have tea/coffee. But overall - grate! Morning breakfast on balcony - fantastic !!!

Hostel is based in a nice neighbourhood, inside the old town. The building looks very good, oldschool lift and fancy stairs. Hostel occupies one appartment in this building, it has several bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our room was spacious with a balcony from the side of a quite street. We had nice breakfast with a sweet croissant, youghurt, juice and coffee. Everything looked clean and the stuff was kind and helpful. It's a very nice spot to explore Bologna.

Friendly place. Nice, spacious room. Shared bathroom was always clean. I'd stay here again

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the main city centre piazzas, cafe's, bars, great Gelato and a supermarket all within 2minutes walk. Great spacious rooms in a lovely old building. Mario was very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. Great stay all round!

Nice place in general; the rooms are big and the wifi is good, but it's really overpriced for what you get -it seems to be the average price in Bologna, though.
