Good location if you want to visit Bondi and surrounding areas. There is no comunal areas such as a lounge so its ideal for those who want to just use it for sleeping without socializing. Overall ok, not the cleanist but has what you need to see you through your stay. Staff are friendly enough and facilities are sufficient. Try to get a room on the top floor as the pub downstairs can get noisey some nights which i heard people complain about. Luckily i stayed on the top floor throughout my stay.

The kitchen and the bathrooms were dirty and not cleaned properly, even though they had a cleaning lady working all day. The rooms were ok, though, and the staff nice.

Breakfast was very basic. But the hostel feels very homely and compared to other Aussie hostels I stayed at - this one seemed to be the nicest. Free wifi :-) but only on the staircase and in the kitchen.

The room was fine smelt of fresh washing and was a good size but there was a very odd smell on the landing :-/ the kitchen is very small so can only get 2 people cooking at 1 time. no common room. the kitchen and bathrooms were very dirty the free breakfast was a loaf of bread with a free sticker on it. on the up in a good location and a handy bottle shop and pub. vary very quiet. the staf were very helpfull.

No social area, but there is a pub downstairs. Didn't seem to be any cleaning staff over the weekend so was a bit messy in bathrooms. Was noisy on Saturday night, but could have been a one off. Staff were very helpful, and there is a free breakfast.
