A bit far from the centre, not so much problem with tramways. It's a big old building with several rooms, a little bit strangely decorated, but still confortable. I just spent one night, but it had the few things I needed.

Staff a bit disorganised and could be more helpful. Quite atmospheric house. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Was a little taken a back at first because of the hippie lifestyle of the staff, but after a while we were comforted. The staff's really nice and the hostels good as well. Clean beds, clean bathrooms and great livingroom.

Boomerang was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. Smelly rooms, uncomfortable beds and dirty (cold!!) showers/toilets. Even though I wasn't expecting much, due to the very cheep price, my stay was still disappointing.

I can't really complain about this hostel because I read the bad reviews beforehand but I still booked two nights because it was such a good deal. The bathrooms smelt like a farmhouse, but the staff were really nice and the free wifi worked in the rooms which was great. The breakfast for 2.50 euros included ham, cheese, cereal and unlimited coffee. The common area was dark but had a nice atmosphere (candles, music, etc.) I would stay again just because you can't beat the price.

With the same price, breakfast is included in most hostels, and we also had to pay for the sheets. Location, well, 20min walking from central station. It's ok for me.

It was really dark - there was barely any lighting in the dorm. Also, the first night it smelled horribly, but the next day was better. The breakfast was good.

The lower floor is weird and there are strong incense everywhere. The person who works there is really friendly. The rooms have a strong smell as well, the pillows are really small and it was very cold at night. The toilet is only one for the whole floor and bathrooms are dirty. I didn't like it there so I left a day earlier. Also the main entrance should be locked, but sometimes they don't close properly and they don't even notice it.

This is not a bad hostel as some reviewer say.Location is not so bad, tram take you most places easily,it is not so clean, but it was not a level unacceptable.Actually kind of cigar smell in the lobby or room,I was soon get used to it, it might not be good for a nervous person for smell. Of course there is some bad point, smell, not so many toilette and bathroom, but considering E12 per one night, it is good hostel, value for money.

Well, the rooms could use ventilation or perhaps the windows could open. Lockers in the rooms were not available and there was a holdup for the WC and showers in the morning. The WC was not the cleanest and the whole hostel has a retro, unkept, gritty character, which is nice and unique but not very comfortbale. But for a few nights it's totally alright and the staff are cool and you can hang out in the common room and watch TV and meet otherrs. You get what you pay for: a bed and good locale.

The first day we reached the hostel and felt so uncomfortable with the atmosphere in the common room. It somehow seems so scary with all the pictures and lighting. But staffs are very friendly, helped us in exploring Antwerp at least we didn't miss a single thing.
