We are located in rustic environs, a leisurely 8 min stroll from Vagator beach. The Anjuna beach lies across the headland. Transfer time from the airport is about an hour.

I didn't stay at the hotel, because after i made the booking and paid the deposit (in October) the e-maild me a month later (in November) the price is 3 times more (2500INR instead of 900INR). I cancelled my reservation because I think is not fair and it is not a customer friendly way. When I sent a mail to them about my cancellation they just couldnt respond me so I had to ask them in a second mail to confirm my cancellation at all. Really bad service really bad business, I think!
