Staying here was fine. It wasn't the best place in the world but I've stayed in worse - probably had a worse experience due to 2 out of 3 nights being in a dorm with inconsiderate others. But that's a risk with dorms! Personal lights

Great hostel, lovely staff and decoration. Each bed has its own fan and power socket. Manager let us sit in the communal area and use wifi from 5am till midday check-in as we'd just arrived after an overnight bus; we really appreciated this. However, needs more wash hand basins as only has one for the entire hostel. Showers are cramped and sweaty as no fresh air in them.

AMAZING stay. Will be back. Not many hostels have a kitchen in Asia so this one is a luxury. Fridge too. Very helpful owner and staff- they answered about a million questions without getting impatient! Book exchange and soap in bathrooms. Tp as well. (Thank goodness.) Individual sockets, Lockers, maps/books. Great location, peaceful but still near Khao San Road. Great wifi. Trouble-free stay. Free bicycles for use totally great addition. Don't stay anywhere else!

Good clean dorm and the air con in the room was amazing and very much needed! The location of the hostel is really good, and the Thai girl who runs it with her boyfriend was very sweet. The nighttime bike tour of the city wasn't on the night I stayed, which was a shame, but overall the hostel was good value and near to all the main sights without being right on top of the Khao San road.

They were extremely helpful with the Thailand to Siem Reap border crossing - I'm pretty sure without them we would have been scammed somewhere along the way. We'd recommend the fan room compared to the AC room - it's just that bit better because each bed has an individual fan

Decent hostel located 10-15 minutes from Ko San Rd. The bathrooms are incredibly small and could get very smelly and hot. Dorms are clean and fairly quiet. The two pet cats have free roam over the hostel. Pets have been really common at hostels across SEA but allowing the cats to sleep in the dorms and on people's beds is a step too far. Not much of an atmosphere. The common room doubles as the reception so can be pretty dull.

Perfect location because it's close to khao San rd but far enough away to be a cosy and quiet home base. The common room has a good set up and chilled tunes. Bathrooms could do with a bit more ventilation, don't know if thats possible. The owner was wonderful, she helped me a lot with advice for touring the city, also with bookings to other places. Her partner was not so accommodating, I found him to be unpleasant and a little condescending eapecially to non native English speakers

The staff and the location are the main selling point for this hostel. Facilities aren't great, especially as there's no sink for the 3rd floor and the bathroom is pretty small. Put they're easy issues to put up with and if you book here, you'll enjoy your stay.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. This was the first hostel I stayed at on my Asia travels and I'm now worried that everywhere else won't live up to the high standards it has set. Kevin and Wasana are awesome hosts and go out of their way to help you in any way possible. The hostel has a great chilled out family-like atmosphere. Kevin's bicycle tour of the city is an absolute must.

Friendly atmosphere with large socializing room downstairs. Fast wifi working at the room. Practically equipped (reading light and electricity socket at each bed, lockers). Clean bathrooms with soap, shampoo and hooks. Few minutes walking from Khaosan and all main sights. Guarded 24/7 by two rough cat guards.

As soon as I arrived I just absolutely loved the vibe and atmosphere of the place. As it turned out, the owners are awesome people, the hostel is very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need including great WIFI, a book exchange and laundry service , and the location is pretty perfect. Had a really great time here, just loved it. Whenever I am in Bangkok again I won't be staying anywhere else!

Great place to stay in Bangkok, just a short walk from the Khao San Road and other tourist points. I can't recommend this place highly enough, if you stay anywhere else in BKK you're mad. Great hangout area to socialise and the owners give great advice and help on travel tickets, tours, and onward destinations. I will be back again at some point!
