Very nice and lovely place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. The staff is very friendly, they have all a traveller needs :-) Would definitely recommend it!

borne backpackers was my favourite hostel that i stayed in during my travels in borneo.i used kota kinabalu as a base area between activities and always tried to get a room there.ive made some great friends there and the ladies that run the place are lovely. the whole hostel is spotless too.and the rooms are the cleanest ive stayed in so far and the beds are comfy to.i could recommend borneo backpackers enough.if your looking for a place to stay in kota kinabalu.make sure its here.

Hostel was ok. One obnoxious guest woke me up at night when complaining about his room, but other than that: no dramas. Staff were quite helpful.

I had pleasant stay at Borneo backpackers ! Nice place and nice staffs.Thank you to all the staffs. I definitely wanted stay more longer but this time was limited. Hopefully I will go back there soon!
