hi i have problems with botel hotel lisa in budapest.in april 4th i reserved two rooms for 4 guests and it costed me about 32000 hungarian furints.after that they sent me an email and told me that we cant accomodate you because of technical problems.so i decided to cancel my reservation but as your site rule i couldnt because my arriving time was just 24 hours after reservation time.so i called hotel directly and asked gthem to cancell it.they cancelled my reservation but they didnt back my mone
