Hi Thank you for email. When we arrived Bottle Brush Backpacker we couldn't connect anyone of receptionists,in the meantime the environment was awfully bad.So I think it was over ratted on the internet. When we found somewhere to stay and continued to call in the evening.During that time the owner's {Tony} wife said that they didn't get deposit US 19.91 ,so we didn't make any reservation although we had reservation number .So please help us to deal with the problems. FANG YU
