This hostel is very cool! It's an old converted Japanese school. The rooms are traditional and very interesting. Although the hallways are not heated, the room heaters are very good. The hostel is a little out of town, but the owners are happy to shuttle (5mins) to the ski area.

This hostel is a converted school, the staff are very helpful, an provide a shuttle service to and from the slopes and bus station, which is very helpful. Although all other areas of the hostel are cold the room is very warm with a great heater. Hot showers. I would stay here as a cheap alternative with a shuttle into town which takes about ten min.
