This is a nice hostel with clean rooms. The male staff are great but the one girl has a really bad attitude and a voice like a fog-horn. She seemed to view some guests as an inconvenience to her social life. The twin room we had gave out onto the reception which wasn't too bad the first night but which was awful when the staff and some of the long term guests decided to have a party. The location is great in the day but you have to be a bit careful at night and the breakfast is ok.

These guys are super awesome! It's a really laid back atmosphere and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Close to all the main sites and there is a supermarket a block away. Some say they didn't feel safe at night, but we had no problems. We stayed in a double bed with ensuite, however we were unable to use the shower. The shower was on top of the toilet/the toilet was in the shower. The communal showers were clean and there was never a wait

Good location, friendly staff, bathrooms and kitchens bit smelly, but overall ok for a short stay.

The place felt a bit dirty, and to be honest it stands out as one of the worst hostels I've stayed in south America. Location is pretty good, and staff are ok. But the dorms are cramped and felt messy - maybe that was down to a few untidy Americans staying here. Bathrooms and kitchen were incredibly smelly. On a positive, the common area was stylishly decorated!

The hostel is fine, but the area is quite dangerous, I\'m afraid. I would recommend another.

The hostel staff were very friendly and the hostel had a good atmosphere. However, the double bedroom ensuite we had was very expensive for what it was. The ensuite was tiny and the shower dribbled out water. The kitchen was ok but being right next to the toilets it wasn´t always pleasant to cook in. All in all is had a good vibe and the staff were friendly but it wasnt value for money, not for the double room anyway. It was also unsafe in that area at night and we were mugged on Sarandi.

I think that the hostel is very good, but I would recommend two things: - more computers - more bicicles

The private bathroom was unable and we can\'t remain in the hostel. The staff (a girl) wasn\'t gentle.

Pluses: Very nice and helpful staff, great location if you want to stay in the ciudad vieja. Minuses: while the bedroom was clean, the bathrooms, kitchen and common are areas are not at all.

The hostel was good for meeting other travelers. There was a nice hangout room and lots going on during the day and evening. The location was great too and walking distance from the major sites. The washrooms are really dirty so make sure you bring slippers for the shower. Also, I am nearly positive that the red marks I had all over my body were from bed bugs in the hostel. I cannot confirm it as I didn\'t see them, but it was definitely not from mosquitoes.

Beautiful hostel in a great location. The building is beautiful with balconies over looking the streets below. The staff were friendly and helpfull. This is a small hostel, so it doesn´t feel very busy. The kitchen is a little cramped but ok. It is a good base for exploring the city.
