I loved this hostel. Was soo clean and the rooms where very big which is unusual in a hostel. Every bed had its own locker too with a plug socket. So I could charge my phone securely and keep my things tidy. Every floor has its own area to either chill out watch TV or go on computers. The staff are great and put on lots of activities for everyone to get involved in. Has sooooo much fun here and would definitely come back here soon.

Great stay at one of the finest hostels I've seen. Very clean. Great location right across from Central Station and near lots of restaurants. The staff was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Great hostel, super social and an awesome rooftop to hangout! Events are a lot of fun and the hostel is very clean and well-organized. Best hostel I've stayed at in Australia for sure!

I appreciated every moment staying at Bounce. The only issue that matters was that every single thing costs me a lot. From laundries (4 for washers, extra 4 for driers, and I made a mistake inserting 4 coin wrongly and couldn't get'em back even after explaining to reception) to Internet. (Sorry, I'm from Korea, the country of IT geeks and the fastest Internet connection. Free wi-fi is available everywhere in Korea, even on bus and subway.) Wi-Fi fee was way too expensive here considering it's Oz

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and toilets. Some lockers are smaller than others in the dorm rooms so a suitcase may not fit in all of them. Other than that plus a slow elevator, pretty decent hostel!

the internet is for extra charge... that is sad! and also... no wake up call.. but that is alright as i am the last person in the world who doesn't have mobile phone to set up alarm =)

Right next to central train station so its easy to get to. Hostel has a very young crowd so can make "chat" interesting. Rooms are big, clean and tidy and the others I was sharing the dorm room with were very considerate.

Not sure if i should rate according to hostel standards in Australia or worldwide. Australia is expensive and this place is no exception (and i found the price of wifi outrageous). When you first reach, the facade and the rooms feel a little like your average train station hotel. There is more to this place. The common areas are really nice, the place is clean and tidy thanks to efficient friendly staff, and the situation next to the hub of Sydney makes moving around a bliss.

Pros: excellent location, less than 5 mins walk from Central station (where you can take the Airport train). good security, with large lockers for storage of personal items. Cons: washrooms are fairly clean but can be dirty at various times of the day. have stayed in better hostels in Asia for a fraction of the price. Overall good value for money.

Overall an excellent large hostel. New and clean. Location is a bit far out of the centre (20mins walk) but close to Central Station so fast access to/from airport. Staff were amazing and host gatherings. Massive lockers in the room with chargers. Big kitchen with everything you could need. Washing $4, Dryer $4, ironing board. Big communal area with nice city view and you can bring your own alcohol. Very easy to meet people. Can't really think of anything they could do better.

A little bit more inclusion of new guests by staff would have been good. I got the impression that the staff got on really well with the longer term visitors, but did not actively attemps to include people who had only just arrived. As I was there only for the weekend I found it difficult to join the groups of staff and visitors who had been there for a while. Other than that the facilities and location were great.

One of the best hostels I have been to so far! Great rooftop, social crowd, good location.
