This was a nice hostel in a great location- right in the heart of old town Zadar, directly adjacent to the old Roman Forum. The location was super convenient which, alone, makes it worth staying here. The rooms were a little bizarre, I stayed in a four person room and it was very clean and private which was appreciated. I did find the staff to be a little bit unenthusiastic, they didn't seem very happy to be there and there wasn't much of a community feel to the hostel, it was a bit stuffy.

Very nice facilities but not very practical for a long stay.

The hostel was really good. New facilities and the building and was very stylish. The beds were like private rooms and if you wanted you could be fully isolated from the other people of the room. The only drawback I can write is that there was not enough space to move around in the room.

From a ten day trip throughout Croatia, the Boutique Hostel was by far the best place we have stayed in. Prices are a bit high, but totally worth it given the impressive location, the kind staff (both english and german speaking), and the cleanness of the room.

We had the most helpful receptionist find a great tour for us during our stay. She was friendly, and very capable- a new hire from what she told us, but an absolute gem. The overall stay was great, but on the second day there was a smell of sewage about the place that was quite gross.

We had a great time here... the hostel was very comfortable and absolutely perfectly located. We stayed in one of the 4-person dorms, which was snug but very well-designed, with a private bathroom and bunks with blinds that could be pulled across for privacy. It was really easy to meet other people staying there because of the nice TV room and friendly staff. Security and cleanliness were excellent. Would absolutely stay here again; very highly recommended.

Impressive hostel it is. Looks indeed like a boutique with super-clean rooms, 4 start hotel-like shower and kind receptionists. I was there around Christmas season, so the common room was empty, but it also looked very nice. It might be a little "too official" hostel for those looking for a family feelings of a dark and slightly disorganized common room of a small hostel, but it is definitely a top choice for those looking for something very clean and comfortable. And you even get a warm breakf
