Very close to airport, swimming hall of fame, Ft. Laud. beach! In a very loud part of city though, but if you're looking for clubs/bars/parties that's a good thing. Late check-in was welcome, but no courtesy phone- lucky I had my own cell phone. Rooms rates are excellent and you get a good kitchen, bathroom and TV- unlike any other hostel. Can take the 'Center Bus #1' from Airport. Get off on 17th St right after it makes the left hand turn onto 17th. Stay on the left hand side of 17th St and walk about 3 or 4 blocks. Make left onto Cordova and go about 3 blocks to Hostel (it will be on the left. George is very nice and will wait up for you!Can take the 'Center Bus #1' from Airport. Well located on bus lines to beach and shopping areas although there are a variety of local shops for day to day supplies. Being upgraded during my stay, the improvements were considerable. It was a very nice place to visit, the joy of the manager, her wife and the staff was very friendly, thany you for your help getting me around, 2 supermarkets and stores are walking distance from the hostel, I had a conference at the Convention Center which is also 4 minutes walking, I will surely comeback the next time to this place, as the manager said my second home, good luck George well done! I ll be back .
