CANCELLATION POLICY
Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the travel services provider's terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.

Hostelworld.com only facilitates the making of reservations with the travel services provider. Hostelworld.com is not a party to the contract between you and the travel services provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.
Persons wishing to cancel or change a booking must contact us via email to obtain a cancellation or booking change number.
7 days notice from the date of arrival will be required to cancel or change a booking with Brisbane City Backpackers. Once inside this period cancellation will result in the entire booking being charged.
CHECK-IN POLICY
In the interests of security, all guests are required to produce government photo ID on check-in.
Persons wishing to stay in our backpacking dormitory accommodation are required to have with them, a full sized travellers backpack. A backpack is not required to stay in a single, twin or double room.
