The Broadway self catering two bedroom holiday apartment is perfect for up to 7 guests. A lively apartment positioned in the Pijp area just a street away from the Albert Cuyp market, one of the largest street markets in Europe. It's superb location, with trams connecting to the city center in nothing more than 5 minutes makes booking this apartment a prime choice.
Welcoming you in the apartment on the ground tier are wooden floors all over the apartment. This nifty recently renovated apartment is unquestionably the choice for everyone coming to experience Amsterdam.
Sophisticated décor will satisfy the taste of even the most meticulous group in the living room. Kick back on one of the lounge single sofa beds in front of the TV, or sit on the carpet around the coffee table to arrange your itinerary, the choice is yours!
In the same area, there is the fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 7. You will feel instantly like your at home when preparing your meals using the gas stove and oven to assist you. Dishes are a thing of the past since you can just drop them in the dishwasher and hit a button. A microwave is perfect for quick snacks on the go and the fridge is necessary to store your goods.
At night you can doze away on one of the snug double beds prepared in both of the bedrooms. Each have windows that provide a view of your surroundings and lighting. The main bedroom has bedside tables and lamps providing supplementary comfort during the evenings. For both bedrooms, bed sheets, linen and blankets are provided.
The apartment has a private bathroom, with a bath tub, shower corner and a sink. There is a separate toilet and towels will be supplied.
With heaps of attractions in the area like the Heineken experience a brief 5 minute walk away and the Museum plain a pleasant 10 minute walk from the apartment, you can take a moment to loosen up and unwind. Discover countless national/international restaurants, shops and pubs.

Cleaning fee: 40 Euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
