Great hostel. Good price, good staff, good social atmosphere, good showers, most rooms bed 4 people, great location, above a nice youthful bar but never too loud, good security.

Overall it was a good hostel. It is right in the center of Cork, so everything is very conveniently located. The rooms were clean and the staff accommodating. There is a pool table so it is a nice way to meet people. I would definitely recommend it.

Rooms were very clean! The staff was extra friendly. The only downside was that there was no safe place for valuables.

Short walk from the train station and received by the reception in a friendly manner. Rooms very clean and the metal storage space under the beds is ingenious (just wait and see how easy it is to keep the room clean!). Had no problems with noise and the breakfast was sufficient as toast, cereal, tea/coffee goes - tip is to get down to brekkie early however as there isn't a lot of seating space. Top place; would recommend and stay again.

If you are a nightlife person, this is a fantastic place, the bar was cool! If you're not, just like me, I still very enjoyed my stay here, staff were very nice. If your drop off point is at St' Patrick's Quay, that will be just a few steps away.

Good hostel with great facilities for cooking and a bar at the ground floor, really nice! The only negative point would be the cleanliness which is not really great, especially in the drawers under the beds and in the radiators...

We loved Bru Bar. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They were helpful right from the start with directions, restaurant suggestions, and even when I lost my phone. The room accommodations were find for what we needed, and we loved the live music in the bar.

Good atmosphere, not the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in.

Great hostel at a great location. The four bed dorm we were in was a bit tiny and stuffy for 4 ppl, but it was reasonably priced and the atmosphere was good. Cool bar downstairs and a really fun place to stay!

Great hostel, and would recommend particularly to solo travellers as I found that that was what it mainly consisted of. This made it easy to meet new people and additionally the bar staff were amazing and friendly and got some greta tourist advice. Rooms were good size, but would have liked for the bathrooms to be cleaned daily. all in all a great place and would definitely stay again if I jhad to go to Cork.
