BruBar staff was so friendly and helpful! There was a huge blazing fire going when we arrived and an adorable dog i the bar area making it seem like we were right at home. It is in a great location within walking distance to the bus station and main shopping street. Room was just okay, could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was a great stay! The live music open mic night was a lot of fun with very talented musicians!

Very nice hostel, I was very pleased with the room and location. Felt secure which is one of my main concerns, I usually stay in hotels four stars or higher just because of security reasons (couldn't do that with my travel companion though). So yeah, this was the first hostel I ever slept in and it really changed my views on hostels! Thanks for making it so smooth having a place to sleep.

It was a good idea to take your hostel! I like that you have monopoly there! I liked the musik in the pub (The Black Velvet)! The only bad thing was that we hat always a smell like waste water pipes in our room...

Great staff, a bar below for good beer and new friends. Close to bus station and central town. Easy to find. Rooms a bit small but it had a decent kitchen and common area for hanging out if the pub wasn't your thing.

This was a great hostel! The bar downstairs provides a nice atmosphere to meet other people and even though there is music every night, the noise doesn't disturb your sleep upstairs. The female dorms were nice and clean.

The standard of cleanliness was very high but the place was a bit impersonal. The staff were helpful but the bar business was a bit of a distraction for hostel clients. Towels weren't supplied. Tea and coffee not available after breakfast.

The people were friendly and helpful when I asked where I could find good food and pubs. The location is quite a walk from the main part of town.

Very friendly staff, up for having the craic with everyone. The atmosphere and buzz in the bar at night was great. Rooms were very clean and the kitchen facilities were brilliant and also very clean. Would definitely recommend it, had a great time there.
