Hostel was in good location. Rooms are SMALL! We stayed in a 4 bed and there was no room for luggage and any personal space. We also stayed on the street side, and it was very loud at nit because of the bars downstairs. If you just need a bed, it was fine!

The wifi was down for my entire stay, but no real complaints beyond that. Very basic and efficient hostel and a good place to stay near the city center. Not for a traveler looking for a lot of amenities but if you're looking for a place to sleep while exploring the area it's not a bad choice.

Hostel was located in a very good location. Close to everything including the train station and the main bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us plan our day. The rooms were just getting refurbished from 6 bed rooms to 4 and it was very well priced. Also you got very good discounts at the bar (20% of ciders!) with live music so it was a very good place to hang out in the evening.

This is a good value for money hostel. It is located within walking distance of the bus station and city centre. The wifi is very poor! It did not work for my entire 4 night stay, and the staff were not interested. Otherwise not too bad for few night in Cork

One of the best kitchens we've encountered along our 10 months journey. Just above a pub, but the noise doesn't disturb you what so ever. There is music in the pub every night which was awesome, but you neded to have a keycard to access the hostel section, which as soon as the door closed blocked our all sound it ws brilliant. Great common area and kitchen. Loved this place, will definitely come back for sure.

A bit of an awkward layout, but that seems to be the case with a lot of Cork hostels. You have to enter through the bar and the common area's out of the way. Aside from that, the staff's very nice, and free breakfast was good to have. Very close to the train station and main streets of the city.

Bru was a great place to stay in Cork. Very central, easy to find from the bus station, and a bar downstairs with friendly staff and cheap pints. The rooms are small, but not unreasonably so. A good place to stay, overall!
