THE room was big and nice with a clean prívate bath room, but the "phone shower" doesnt have the thing to hang up it, that it was very umconfortable. It was just in the middle between the bus/ferry station and the old town (15-20min to walk), and you had to walk a VERY steep hill to arrive to the hostel. The staff almost didn't exist. They don't have kitchen, only a small fridge and some dishes, cups and cutlery. No electric kettle disponible.

Nice clean, quiet b

Nice view and clean accomodation, very welcoming and helpful hosts. It's 25 min walk from the city center but it wasn't a problem for us at all, considering that parking spots are so expensive in Dubrovnik, it's way better to let your car in their private parking and walk a little bit. I would recommend this guest house, it's a good value for money.

Wee bit out of the Old Town (knew that when we booked) therefore it's way cheaper than in the Old Town! Not far to walk to the bus stop which goes straight into town. Wee private rooms, noone else staying there while we were there but heading into low season so that explains it. More of a bed and breakfast type place than a social hostel but nice cute rooms & alright bathroom but hard to keep the floor dry! Allowed late check out with no extra fee. Fridge to use, key for room, no extra security

Nina is a very likeable host and made every effort to make our stay confortable. If you are going with a car, the streets around are quite narrow. It takes about 30 minutes on foot to the old town.I would recommend.

It is a very cozy place, old building well preserve and well remodeled. I was in a 8 bed dorm, floor and doors make noise, bathrooms outside ( one for women one for men and a toilet). You have to climb upstairs, one floor; 24 hours reception.Friendly stuff, smoking is not allowed inside, they do it in a small balcony, but you will smell it inside. Great kitchen. Good wifi. I love the place..

unfortunately no cooking facilities available. Good pick-up-service from the bus station.

Nina, was a great host. We had complimentary fresh juice upon arrival. She washed, dry and folded our clothes for a small charge and allowed us to stay an extra night last minute. Very accommodating. The room was large and and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was small but adequate. The location was good. Very close to two tasty bakeries, a mini-supermarket and bus stops to the old town (30 min walk); and 15 min walk to the harbour - perfect for island trips. We would recommend Nina's house.

Nina the owner is lovely. Reaching the apartment feels like a pilgrimage, this also applies to travelling from the apartment to old town. There was an ant problem in the room we stayed in as in the morning it looked like we had just left a paintball match. Overall average place.

between the center and the bus station. Hike up the hill to go but good view and relaxed atmosphere.

We had a really nice stay at Ninas House. She's such a lovely person and always cares for you if you have any problems or questions. The House is not that near to the old town, but if you like to walk its no problem, otherwise you can take the bus.
