The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the blonde woman with the policeman husband. I wish I could remember her name! The one thing that I found frustrating was that in the girls quarters there were only 2 bathrooms between 20 or 30 girls.I almost always had to wait in line to use the bathroom.

The hostel is far from city center but it is convenient to arrive by metro. The staff is kind. However there is only one toilet and bathroom in the building of girls. And the WIFI connection is not fine.

I liked how there was a different hostel for girls, but it was a little annoying that it was down the street and not just next door. Also, 2 bathrooms for 3 floors didn't seem to be enough. Other than that, it was very clean and I loved it!

The bedroom door could be opened with a kick (was very little security) and the worst by far the bar, it was closing time at 11 pm. At 2 am you could hear the music and 4 am people started screaming at our door like crazy and woke us up. If you want to party very well, pleasure, do not ever book here.

I enjoyed my stay at Hello Hostel in Brussels. It was super close to the metro which is nice. The rooms were good, but didn't have lockers. I liked that breakfast was included. I would stay there again.

I had an awful experience at this hostel. The showers do not have anywhere to place your clothing to change into, so they get all wet in the cubicle. The showers do not work unless you are constantly pressing the button, making it extremely difficult to shower. Very bad atmosphere. People yelling at 2 am, and there was no one from reception to tell them to be quiet. Beds were not very comfortable and definitely not worth the price paid for the hostel.

Second time I've been there and it is even better than last time: bigger kitchen and excellent lounge/bar area. Next time in Brussels I'll definitely stay there again!

This is a well design hostel. Really comfortable beds and good enviroment. You even have breakfast included and the staff is polite. The showers and the toilets are quite few, but at least are clean. The downside of this place is that is far from the main atractions in the city. The best is the kitchen, fully equiped and the dinner room, and they also have a big yard so you can smoke. Computers with good internet and wifi everywhere are also a great plus!!

Very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is a regular basic breakfast but good. Tea for free. Nice and big kitchen. WiFi for free. Lots of DVDs and books to rent. The could put some lockers into the rooms. I've already stayed in this hostel last year and if I'll come back I'll defo stay there again. Thank you :)

The staff at the hostell was rREALLY kund and helpfull. Facilities clean and cosy- Internationnal smooth atmosphere. Close to Metro, Koekelberg is not my favorite area,...I will definetlt recommad you" Two wishes: - the communication could be easier, Make the webbsite more flexible - my trip would have felt safer if I had the possibility to get a (cheaper) room as a teacher, It was uncomfortable to let my students alone in Koekelberg, and as a teacher, I could'nt afford 500 euro...

The accommodations in Brussels are much more pricey comparing to other major European cities for some reason.. This hostel's location is ok, not right in the central area but it's very close to a Metro station. Overall the staffs are helpful and the breakfast was not bad. Also the rooms and toilets were clean. The shower can be improved tho.

Quite far from the centre but close to the metro station. Offers everything what's necessary, B&B, wireless internet, visits assistance in at least 4 languages (depends on who is in the reception).

Hostel was going slight renovation but was pretty alright for my stay. The shower heads could be better as water pressure was too high and cant be controlled due to its fitting. Other than that everything is good and cosy!

Good hostel... But nothing fantastic! If I was to go back to Brussels I'd try to find somewhere a little more central. However it wasn't difficult to get to the centre from here as it is very close to the tram and it is possible to walk. I was in a female room which was actually in a separate building down the road... That was a bit inconvenient, but fine... Nice new and clean bathroom which was good! The room itself had no lockers, but was nice and warm and again clean. Breakfast was minimal, b

There is mold on the walls and on the ceiling in every room - the stuff explained that they overpaint it nearly every week, because they are not allowed to install air condition. SERIOUSLY - this could not be - it effects the health of everybody who stays there!

The place was right next to the metro station and a Godiva chocolate factory outlet. It was a good place to stay with a kitchen and a bar downstairs. There wasn't a lot going on in the winter, but it was ok. It was good to meet people in the rooms, which were clean.

It would be nice if you had more lights in the breakfast/bar room. You should add lockers to rooms for girls only. You could also add a bit more variety to your breakfast menu.
