Huge bonus was having the 4 bedroom dorm to myself the first night - it was really quiet! Didn't really spend much time in the hostel, but the people I did meet were a relaxed crowd and there was a bar area that probably would have been great for groups. Free maps of the city got great use and, although it wasn't centrally located, the metro is nearby and it's super easy to navigate.

Good location, right next to a metro station, so its really easy getting places using the metro. The staff were very helpful in giving me advice about where to go, and which metro stops to use. What I was really happy about was that the staff let me leave my bags in the hostel the day I checked out, even though I was not staying there for the next night. The bathroom areas are not that great, but all the other facilities are good.

There aren't enough bathrooms, the location isn't very good and I got sick because of the dust in the room. Considering how much I was paying, it might be worth it, but I'm not staying there again.

It's a bit out of the city but the metro is quite easy. Bar was closed 2 out of my 3 nights so the common room was pretty empty. Only two lockers in a room with four beds?? Weird! Was always clean and staff were really great. Nothing to fantastic, next time ill try get a hostel in the city!

There is only cold water in the washroom, and never take a shower after 9pm, cause then there is only low warm water(In Winter, this is very terrible), for wash- and showerroom, you have to press the button to keep water running, and every 5 sec...I stayed in the biggest dorm(roof!), and it has only 1 heater, so avoid the hostel in winter if u can. Some staffs are very nice, some feel disturbed by you, if you ask something.

Hello hostel was honestly one of the best (if not THE best) experience I've ever had staying in a hostel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. My friend got sick halfway through out trip to Brussels and had to the go to the hospital- but instead of calling an ambulance or cab, one of the staff personally drove us there and back. For the rest of our stay, the staff members continually checked in to make sure my friend was okay. Truly wonderful people.

All the staff was too kind, all questions solved and perfectly answered. They speak Spanish, English and French, at least what I know. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. The location is near from one of the metro stops so it's easy to find. The hostel demands that everybody have to be respectfully with each other, and was something that was felt all the time. I recommend it.

a so-so hostel. not good but not bad. ok for a short stay but not for longer. kitchen is too small and had to wait for showers. breakfast is ok but the man preparing for the breakfast is a bit intimidating.

The most impersonal hostel ever. No lockers in the room! The only positive is that it is located near to metro station.

They were very nice to our group even though we showed up with one more person than the reservation, and tried their best to accommodate us. The bar inside the hostel is fun and has cheap beer, but it really bothered me when I was trying to get some sleep one night and the music was really loud. I wish I was somewhere closer to the city centre, because I like walking to places.

We were put in a room the second night we were there that was right above the bar. Because of this, we could hear all the loud music because it was a Friday night. We had to catch an early bus the next morning so it was very annoying that we did not get much sleep. It would have been nice to know where the room was before hand so we could have decided if we wanted another hostel or not.

Easy Hostel to get to on the Metro and not far to the City Centre on the Metro either. Good wifi in the Hostel. There are lockers downstairs but they are in a locked room so you always have to go to reception for them to unlock the room. Its good for safety but can get annoying.

Nice staying, kind and exhaustive staff (esoecially the young blond short-hair lady at the reception). Only two things: -water were cold in all basins -there was no hanger in the room. It would be very useful to have one, especially in the winter...with fluffy jackets around!

Its a "green" hostel. So it always seemed like they needed to turn more lights on. The showers were push button, like sinks, so it seemed to take longer to shower and they weren't hot at all. But not a bad place over all. Not the worst place by any means.

Exactly what you'd expect. A small room a short trip away from centre in direction of more shabby hoods. Very simple breakfast, but nice bar.

The staff was great, but for the price we paid the room was not worth it. We have stayed in much nicer hostels for cheaper and they were nicer. And the showers were terrible because you have to hold the button down to get water. Also, I slipped in the shower and hurt my knee, it was quite slippery.
