Clean and cozy hostel with very friendly and helpful staff. I was in the girls dorm which was a little secluded until I made friends but it was very clean and quiet which was great. Showers not that amazing, but were hot. Bit of a walk home if you miss the last Metro but easy to get to/find. Would stay there again

Pros: breakfast, bedding, wifi and computers with internet are all included in the price; two minute walk to the metro, which is only 5-10 minutes from the town center; reception staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Cons: bar was very quiet and I found it difficult to meet people (though I'm sure it is busier in the summer season, and that this is not a problem as there are many comfy, communal areas around the hostel). I would definitely stay again.

I had booked an all-girls room and when I arrived I found out that meant I'd be staying in a different all-girls building. I actually felt way less secure with that idea and asked to be able to stay in the main building, which the receptionist was pretty good about. Incidentally enough my room turned out to be all-girls anyways. Hostel is in a good location, right next to a Metro station. It was clean, affordable. Breakfast was OK. Staff was OK.

It was great! I had so good time! This hostel is one of the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Breakfast they provide was quite good and staffs are nice, kind! I was in 4 men dormitory and I had enough spaces for my things(even though just 2 in the room- that's why I had enough spaces::)) . The only thing I didn't be satisfied was about the shower facility. I couldn't control the temperature(actually I like taking a shower with hot hot! water so much) but it doesn't mean you can't use hot water!

The staff were pleasant but didn't go the extra mile. My bed was so uncomfortable I had to change the matress & it squeaked as did all the chairs in the room - maybe a refurb is in order! I think it is priced too high for the condition of the hostel, maybe if a few things were tweaked then it would be worth it (just some constructive criticism).

Staff were friendly on arrival, and with any quieries I needed answering, free maps of Brussels & other cities aswell breakfast was basic but sufficient which is what you expect from a budget hostel & wifi was excellent. location was great, just two min from metro, and trains run every couple of minutes, just a few stops into town & the metro is cheap compared to a lot of cities €2 per trip, multi trip is cheaper again! & the location of hostel was quiet, good after long days of site seeing!

Everything is excellent about this hostel except the location, so if you don't mind living a little off then it's a good option.

The free included breakfast was good! :D Not much choice, but I won't complain!! :) Staff was nice! They have maps of the city (and also other cities around) which is useful! My room and the bathroom were clean. :) But the shared bathroom doesn't offer you much privacy..

The member of the staff opened the door and let me in even though it was 4am and I was supposed to check in 5 hours later.

Nice big bar/common area and right next door to the metro so very easy to get around. The mattress was very thin as where the walls, and there was lots of noisy guests at 3am in the morning yelling and running around which the staff did not address at all. While the bathrooms and the room seemed clean, the room I stayed in did not smell very good at all during my whole stay. The Staff where very helpful and friendly.

The hostel was close to Simonis metro station, so it wasn't a problem to get into the city center fast. The room and the shower was really clean and it was a plus that there were hairdryers that I could use freely. The breakfast was average, but there was a kitchen aswell. There was just one problem, but it was caused by other guests, whom were really loud and noisy even though the hostel asked them to be quiet with a lot of signs on the walls. But in general it's a good hostel to stay in.

The hostel is quite cheap for Brussels and not far from the Metro. The bar was nice but closed on Saturday evening without any notice. The kitchen is small. It could happen that you have to wait some time to use facilities in the morning.

Great hostel! Little bit far away from the nightlife but the metro station is right around the corner so it's very easy to get around! Very secure because of the electronic door and the staff were very helpful! The breakfast is also ok with cereal and toast and the free WiFi is great! Only problem, don't go shower late in the evening the water is ice cold then because it uses a button that dispenses a little squirt of water, but other than that a great hostel!

The hostel is great for it's location, but otherwise it's just a place to sleep. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

When we first stepped in, the staff was very unfriendly and she acted as though she didn't know what to do. When we asked what we can do in Brussels and good food places, she couldn't even answer us properly - just shoved us the map and said "it's all in that area". The toilets are dirty. The light in the room is dirty. It is too expensive for such a poor hostel.
