Great hostel, modern and clean. No reception, bit of a walk getting from train station to check in and then to the hostel. But worth it for the location. So close to everything!

A little hard to find, and the separate check in was a little inconvenient, but other then that, it was a great place to stay!!

While the location is great, it is rather frustrating that there is no desk help at the hostel itself (only at the remote check-in) for suggestions for visit spots, security, ect. Overall, the hostel was very pretty and clean, although the rooms were a little small for 6 people.

The fact that we had to go first to an address were the gave us the keys, and then they send us to another address (where there is no reception) is weird. In the other address were we actually stayed, there was no reception, and there is this post in the wall that if you have any emergency call xxx number. If we are travelers, we do not have telephones available to call. There should be a reception. Other than that it was perfect. Oh, I would have liked that they offer breakfast.

nice hostel clean and secure with great location. Only downside is you need to leave luggage and check in at another hostel down the road. Very inconvient if staying only 1 night like I did. If staying for several nights though I would reccomend this hostel. This one doesn't have a reception or workers so if you need something you need to go all the way to the other location.

It's a good hostel, but it would be really nice if it had a computer that guests could use. I didn't have a smartphone with me on my trip so i wasn't able to use the wifi there. But I needed to use a computer everyday and it was hard finding computers everyday, it would've been so much easier if there was just one at the hostel. Otherwise everything was fine.

The quality of the hostel was very good. Might be the best hostel I've stayed at. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that you had to check in at a separate place other than the hostel itself. Other than that, the hostel definitely exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely loved it! Having to check in at a location that was separate from the actual hostel was a bit annoying, but the facilities were great. Also, I was disappointed that the lounge area closed at 11, so there was nowhere int he hostel to hang out if your roommates were sleeping. Overall it was definitely worth the money and very nive!

The check in place and the place you actually stay is located in a different place. Not a bad walk but there was a distance. However, the location was located right in the city center which i appreciate that. And you do not need to walk back to the check in place to check out. Also, the hostel was called Go24 hostel *if i'm not mistaken* which it made me so confuse while looking at the place as i thought i was called the Brussels Hostel Grand Place.

No staff at this hostel as its a sister hostel. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. It has a great location right by the Grand Place. I would stay here again!

Amazing location, and although you need to check in at a different hostel I didn't find that this was a huge deal. You're right at the Grand Place! There is a kitchen and common area, but they're only open during certain hours of the day- not a great place for meeting people as a solo traveler. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean and modern. Amazing sleep thanks to blackout curtains.

Although the hostel itself had a brilliant location, bear in mind that the check in location is separate and takes about 15 minutes to walk between the two. Doesn't sound like a lot but when you're not in town for long and just want to explore the city, it's a little inconvenient. Also, it's the only place to store your luggage so you may have to go out of your way to get your luggage if you choose to store it there. I ended up just storing mine at Central station because it was easier.

Staff's behavior was very good. Hostel is at very good location. Only one washroom per 20 person is the concern otherwise everything is perfect.

The location of the hostel is good but you need to do the check in in another place that is 15 minutes way on foot, so even if the hostel itself is well located you need to go to another place that is far way.. As this information is not clear on the hostel description I thought it unfair.

Great hostel - very new so it doesn't have any of the amenities of an established hostel (I'm sure they will soon though). Loved my stay, great rooms, clean, nice shower, PHENOMENAL LOCATION. Couldn't have asked for a better location - was a little tricky to find as it didn't have a proper sign and was a solid 15 minute walk from the check in hostel. Would definitely return now that I know where it is :)

Only frustrating aspect was that there are no workers actually at this location, tough to get a dinner recommendation or anything. Perfect location.

I spent three nights there with my husband, sibling and cousin. I never had seen the check-in time at 16:00pm and check-out at 11am (??) We arrived at 11am, tired and should wait until 4pm. Second point, our building wasn't at the adress provided. There's one place to check in and Grand place building is in another place (but the location is perfect)The shower wasnt hot enough and little better just in the morning. Otherwise, the cleanliness was OK and the portuguese lady is very nice!

Yes the alternative location check-in is a tiny bit annoying but they have free luggage storage and a great walking tour that leaves from that location which was great. (And while waiting enjoying free hot coffee and tea was great too!) The actual Grand Place location was wonderful, I wish I had stayed longer to appreciate it more (I was only there one night). Overall I was very satisfied with the entire situation.

Very centraly located - in the Heart of the Grand Place. we stayed in the 8-persons dorm. The room was clean, the two shower rooms and a toilet were private for the room. The hostel is preaty new, therefor clean and nice. each bed has its own lamp and plug-ins.Nice and clean kitchen equiped with all you need from watter boiler to microwave and oven.Even though without a reception, it was easy to collect the key and comute from one place to another.
