Reception can be rather busy at check in. The wait was longer than usual and even though people were told to be seated as there were others who came earlier, we were not attended to in sequence. In fact, there were others who came later and stood at the reception who were attended to first. Perhaps there should be a queue number system implemented.

loved it here, other than checking in down the street it was super convient. As all of the tours take place in grand place which is right around the corner! everything is within walking distance from here so no real need for metro.

Very clean & modern. Location is amazing, right off of the main square. Staff is very nice, but there is no front desk

Good hostel

The location of the hostel is PERFECT. The problem (and it's a REALLY big problem) is the fact that we have to check-in at one place and then walk to the hostel where we sleep. We read this information on the description of the hostel, but it says that it's "a short walk" from one place to the other. And believe me, 15 minutes walking while carrying your luggage is not "short". Plus check-in only opens at 4:00PM. I arrived in the morning and had to carry my luggage during the whole day. Terribl

The hostel is right next to the central area and is extremely clean. The facilities are nice although I found the atmosphere slightly dull as there weren't many events for interaction with other travelers. All in all, great value for money though.

Amazing location. Check in at another hostel: short walk and no issue. Very comfortable beds. Shower didn't get very warm for two of my showers...

Absolutely amazing location! The staff was super helpful, too. The only thing I can complain about is the shower system- pushing the button every 10 seconds is annoying, but what really sucks is that the first push is freezing, then by the end of the second push, the water is scalding hot. But other than that,, this hostel is great. Literally steps from the historical city center square. I'll be staying here again.

Great location but they have two hostel locations and you have to store your luggage at the other hostel which can complicate travel plans

Pros: Perfect location, clean and modern facilities, good wifi. Would stay again! Cons: Can be a bit noisy especially of a weekend but you expect that due to its central location. Don't really understand why you have to check in 10-15 minutes away but if that doesn't bother you then you won't find a problem with this place

Location is perfect. The rooms are clean. But there is no staff at all at this hostel. Only cleaning lady comes in few times a day. Kitchen was closed till 8:30 even though the sign says it opens at 7:30 - so don't leave anything in the fridge if you plan to leave early. Lift wasn't working in the morning- so if you have large luggage on the top floor - good luck.

Best hostel! Everything was so clean and new. Kitchen facilities were great and the common room was great for meeting people. Excellent location. You do have to check in a different location to the actual hostel but it's only a five minute walk away and completely worth it. Highly recommended! Also, so many power points!!

Unbeatable central location which is worth the slight walk from the main registration area. Towels and bedsheets included, with key cards and lockers (bring your own lock). Freshly renovated toilets which are thoughtfully designed for multiple users. Very friendly staff. This truly enhanced my trip! :)

Some noise firom a party going on in the street, but I guess this is to be expected in the city centre. Water in the shower was extremely hot and there was no way to regulate this, other roommates had the same issue.

Best location. I was very surprised by the good quality of the facilities. No staff at the location, but the staff at the check-in hostel were helpful. Music was playing in the hostel for a large part of the evening which was a bit annoying.

You have to check in at a different location which can be a pain if you have a lot of luggage. The location of the hostel could not be any better.

Great hostel. Weird checking in at one location then sleeping at another. But once checked in it was a great location and I enjoyed the hostel. Clean and nice.

A bit of a hike to actual hostel from the check in place, which sucks with all your luggage. The actual location was brilliant and the rooms were nice.
