Bathroom was dirty. I was too scared to have a shower. Beams in room meant that I hit my head on them, more than once. Elevator didn't always work, and we were the top floor. Our door needed a key pass to get in (as usual, which is a great security measure), however the door frame was broken around the edge and anyone could easily have pulled the door open. We could see the insulation in the walls around the door. Also - having to check in atone location, and then walk is stupid.

Rooms are cleaned every day. The elevator was having its monthly security check and maintenance for just two hours. The room door has been fixed. Please do remember that checkout time is 11.00 am not 13.00 hours.

best choice in Brussels! super good location which makes me definitely recommend this hostel to everyone i know. friendly stuff, good facilitates, just too good location, you can find everything around that you planned to see and do in Brussels. just one thing, the reception is a bit far...and if customers go to the reception from the train station and come back to the hostel , it is really a waste of time and repeatable walk....maybe can improve? create some online check-in? & remote supervise?

Amazing location, loved the design of the kitchen and common room, and the beds were really comfortable. Recommended.

The best localization of the city is at this hostel. Clean rooms. Doesn't have a reception, but this isn't too important.

Good value for money. It is right in the heart of the city and only steps away from the Grote Market. The one part that was difficult was that you collect your keys at a hostel about 15 minute walk away from the Brussels Hostel Grand Place. If you are planning on leaving luggage for any period of time, it makes for a lot of back and forth from the two hostels. Aside from that, it was a great base for exploring Brussels.

Great location although a little bit confusing that to check in you have to go to a different location (so organizing when you can drop off your stuff is a little tricky). That could have been clearer. Our bathroom smelled pretty bad even though we opened the windows (which you are not supposed to do, but we would have suffocated). Otherwise great! The location of the actual hostel we stayed in was wonderful, right in the middle of things, and the beds were really comfy.

lockers that you need a padlock in the room for. a brilliant location great value for money

Great hostel, modern and clean. No reception, bit of a walk getting from train station to check in and then to the hostel. But worth it for the location. So close to everything!

They should have a check - in desk at grand place itself rather than needing to go to 2go4 to check in. Otherwise great place!

Well, the place is very nice, very well located, the bathroom is clean and excellent but is a little irritating to take a bath pressing the bottom tap at every 10 seconds to get water, but it is not a big deal. The big problem is that you must pay and fill the registration form in one place and go to sleep in one very different place, perhaps one is 10 minutes walking far from the another. I and other costumers spent a lot of time trying to find both places because of this confusion.

A little hard to find, and the separate check in was a little inconvenient, but other then that, it was a great place to stay!!

While the location is great, it is rather frustrating that there is no desk help at the hostel itself (only at the remote check-in) for suggestions for visit spots, security, ect. Overall, the hostel was very pretty and clean, although the rooms were a little small for 6 people.

The fact that we had to go first to an address were the gave us the keys, and then they send us to another address (where there is no reception) is weird. In the other address were we actually stayed, there was no reception, and there is this post in the wall that if you have any emergency call xxx number. If we are travelers, we do not have telephones available to call. There should be a reception. Other than that it was perfect. Oh, I would have liked that they offer breakfast.

nice hostel clean and secure with great location. Only downside is you need to leave luggage and check in at another hostel down the road. Very inconvient if staying only 1 night like I did. If staying for several nights though I would reccomend this hostel. This one doesn't have a reception or workers so if you need something you need to go all the way to the other location.

It's a good hostel, but it would be really nice if it had a computer that guests could use. I didn't have a smartphone with me on my trip so i wasn't able to use the wifi there. But I needed to use a computer everyday and it was hard finding computers everyday, it would've been so much easier if there was just one at the hostel. Otherwise everything was fine.

The quality of the hostel was very good. Might be the best hostel I've stayed at. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that you had to check in at a separate place other than the hostel itself. Other than that, the hostel definitely exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely loved it! Having to check in at a location that was separate from the actual hostel was a bit annoying, but the facilities were great. Also, I was disappointed that the lounge area closed at 11, so there was nowhere int he hostel to hang out if your roommates were sleeping. Overall it was definitely worth the money and very nive!

The check in place and the place you actually stay is located in a different place. Not a bad walk but there was a distance. However, the location was located right in the city center which i appreciate that. And you do not need to walk back to the check in place to check out. Also, the hostel was called Go24 hostel *if i'm not mistaken* which it made me so confuse while looking at the place as i thought i was called the Brussels Hostel Grand Place.

No staff at this hostel as its a sister hostel. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. It has a great location right by the Grand Place. I would stay here again!
