Our room was spacious and clean, staff were polite and helpful, if just a little pushy to get us out of the room by 11am (a phone call at 10.50 followed by a knock at 11).
Only big concern was the window out onto the \'balcony\' not locking properly, so not exactly secure.
Good location though, within 15-20 mins walk of the Palace and central train station.

O hotel é bom, perto do centro, quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo.
O café da manhã, muito bom.
O pessoal é muito gentil, com exceção de um ou outro meio mal-humorado...

It is 20 min walking from the center. Rooms are big, but the bathrooms always finished flooded so it was very uncomfortable if you keept there more than one day.

the sink in the bathroom was choking up
the bed...it is the most uncomfortable bed i ever slept on. this is worse than my dorm room at uni.

Fue imposible dormir por la noche, una excursión entera de adolescentes estuvieron correteando toda la noche por el hotel y allí nadie se responsabilizó del escándalo que tuvimos.

This is a hotel not a Hostel. Location s good - it is close to the metro, and walking distance to the Grand Place. The neighborhood seems a little rough, and could intimidate some people - but I didn't feel unsafe. I wouldn't say it is a nice place, but if you just want a place to crash this will do.

La proprete de la chambre m'a semblé limite (matelas sentant le vomis,beaucoup de poussiere sous l'un des lits). Le confort des matelas très moyen.Aucune remarque en ce qui concerne le personnel qui m'a semblé courtois discret et sympathique. Le petit déjeuné est très copieux et est servi dans une salle a manger propre et spacieuse

second stay here and would stay again. not exactly in the center, but easy walking distance and worth the price difference. not good for meeting other people, but clean and perfectly acceptable accomodation.
