this place is fabulous you must stay here for a few days and chill out on the beach, by the pool or in the bar.....

Great place, staff, restaurant, all meals, atmosphere & location. Loved the view from the red dorm but, please, how could you not have such disgusting dorm bathrooms. Improvements needed, doors don't lock, showers are dirty & full of mold. The shower on the far right had no hot water & in general, they are not up to your standard. The dorm room could also do with some lockers, a light by some of the beds. The glass window by the far bunk is broken.

The location is the biggest selling point for this hostel, it has beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately it is the staff (and I believe it to be senior staff) that let it down. Although there were some great staff members who work hard to bring everyone together (Lucy was one of those), the staff with bad attitude and out for upselling and making money constantly ruin this hostel. We had heard such great things about this place, unfortunately we were dissapointed.
