It's the first block north (where the river flows from)
from the Elisabeth bridge (the white bridge).
The house looks to the river but the entrance is from behind.
The gate is on the Döbrentei street, house number 16
(next to the number 18, on the corner).

We do not have a big sign outside, so please look
for the number 16 then find the BudaBase sign on the doorbell and buzz in.

Train:


From Keleti Railway Station:
Simply take the bus N. 7 ( NOT 7E ), or N ¸173 (NOT 173E). Buses go 2 ways please check you get on the one which goes towards Danube - these buses stop ACROSS the street as you come out the main entrance. Get off right after the bridge (stop name: Rudas). After alighting, walk along the road, with the river on your right and the Gellert Hill on your left. Go through the underpass and walk straight across the garden, about 150metres. Cross the tram lane, then a road and you will see a yellow building with the road name Döbrentei utca. Follow that to the unit 16, where there is a doorbell marked BUDA BASE. Buzz in and here you are! :).


From Déli Railway Station:
Take the tram N. 18 and get off at Döbrentei tér ( 4. stop). From there we are 2 minutes walk, on the first block north to the bridge.

From Nyugati Railway Station:
Take the metro (M3) to Ferenciek tere, then you can walk over the bridge or take the bus N. 7 ( the normal not the E version!!! ) or N 78 and got off right after the bridge. From there we are 2 minutes walk, in the first block north to the bridge.

Bus:

From Népliget International Bus Station:
Take the metro (M3) to Ferenciek tere, then you can walk over the bridge or take the bus N. 7 or 173 ( the normal, not the 7E or 173E!!! ) or N 78 and got off right after the bridge. From there we are 2 minutes walk, in the first block north to the bridge.

Air:

From the Ferihegy Airport:
Take the Airport Minibus or
take nr.93 or 200E bus to Köbánya-Kispest and there take M3 (blue) metro to Ferenciek tere, then you can walk over the bridge or take the bus N. 7 ( the normal, not the E one!!! ) or N 78 and got off right after the bridge. From there we are 2 minutes walk, in the first block north to the bridge.

Boat:

From Batthyány tér:
Take the tram N. 19 or N. 41 and get off at Döbrentei tér (4. stop) right in front of our block. Or take the bus N. 86. and get off at Döbrentei tér (4. stop). From there we are 2 minutes walk, in the first block north to the bridge.

From Vigadó tér:
Simply walk over the bridge. We are in the first block to north from the Buda side bridgehead.
