Service was great, staff helpful, location veeery central and pretty quiet... we booked a room with a bathroom, which in fact is one of two curiously adapted apartments few doors away from the hostel. The only apartment's downside is that our didn't have any windows, but had airconditioning, kitchen with a frigde, bathroom... Since we were only sleeping there, it was fine, quiet and private. We booked a double room with ensuite which actually turned out to be an apartment in a building a few doors down from the actual hostel. It was of a good size with a small bathroom, an even smaller kitchen, a nice lounge and a mezzanine bedroom. Well located, near the castle and citadelle. It’s a small hostel with friendly and very helpful staff (ordered a pizza for us when we arrived late!). Kitchen is well-equipped and there is also a dining table and lounge. Comfy beds and towels provided. Only small suggestion would be to improve directions to hostel – giving a direction and name of bus stop, and providing a map once you’re off the bus perhaps. I loved this place and wish I had been able to stay longer. The outside of the building looks a bit old and crappy, but the inside is great. The dorm room was sweet and even had curtains that went around our area to use for privacy. The room has fans which is a definite winner in the summer. The guy running it is very helpful and friendly and I would 100% recommend this hostel. I loved this place and wish I had been able to stay longer. Is in a great location on the Buda side. Staff very helpful. Hostel is very small, we were offered a smaller apartment which did not have any windows and was dark and a little noisy.
