There is a private bathroom with shower, full size refrigerator, king size bed and double bed (and spare airbed with single mattress, if needed), futon that also folds out, writing table, workstation area with monitor and full keyboard to jack into your laptop (computer not included), kitchenette with doublesink which overlooks a nice view, high speed Internet cable DSL, toaster oven, microwave, small TV with VHS & DVD player. This is a stand alone private unit that is not within a house nor is it attached to a house.
