The rooms we booked were not available. There was also continuous confusion about whether the mini bar was included. This resulted in numerous phone calls to the room, then staff in and out taking the mini bar out. The experience gave me the impression they are disorganised.

pool is kind of small, looks bigger on the pictures. rooms which are closer to the road can be noisy at night as you hear the music of khao san road. I wanted to extend one room beforehand which seemed to have been a very unusual request and the staff were not able to handle it. the staff was nice but not really helpful. good room service and nice rooms!
