Showers were cold. Overheated dorms and no air circulation. Quirky and clean cafe/bar area. Lovely NZ staff!

It was a great hostel and staff was really really helpful. I loved the little pub they had at the first floor, it is a great option for a cheap-quick-bite and beer if you don't want to cook or loose time looking for a place to eat. Dorms were good and baths fairly clean. The one thing I didn't like was that there were no direct transportation from the airport, and since I was carrying a big luggage, walking up and down Edinburgh's streets to get to the hostels was a little hard, but manageable.

Realy good place in the center of the old town. The staff was very friendly. The food at the longe bar is great for the price.

Staff was very friendly and warm welcoming. The accoutrements was excellent, colorfoul and modern. Hostel is situated in centre of Edinburgh!

Good location. Wicked cafe and chill out room. Only issue with our stay was there's no hot water on our entire 4 night stay.

The four-person room was well insulated from the noise of the rest of the hostel, but being on the first floor with single-glazed windows, the noise from the street was quite loud and I found it impossible to sleep without earplugs. The mattress was rather uncomfortable, but it was roughly what you'd expect.

Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, staff and location were all fantastic. Cheap price as well. Would never stay anywhere else in Edinburgh!
