The staffs were helpful, and a good location to go anywhere. Easy access from/ to Airport by bus.

It took nearly an hour to find the hostel and there was no mention that the check in was Ina separate building. Directions need to lead to the check in desk and from there the super helpful staff can direct customers to one of three separate buildings.

Reception an facilities in another building - listing therefore misleading. Directions okay but no mention of reception being in another building, very confusing! Had to ask for clean sheets, not good. Good location though, Sam v.helpful, common room okay with tea provided (THANK YOU!) but the room wasn't clean and the kitchen had mice. Lockers too small for big backpacks (which most are).

I thought this was a great hostel. Yes it may be slightly more expensive than some hostels in Chung King Mansions, but many of those are dumps. This is a really good value. The staff were very nice. Some of the staff speak only Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), but are very helpful. This is located within a 5 minute walk from the MTR station in Causeway bay. For a pleasant stay in Hong Kong, I highly recommend this hostel.

there was no sign on the door and it took a long time until someone opened it. in the morning no one was at reception to give me back the deposit for the key. so i waited more then 30 minutes. the attitude of the staff was really bad and they didn't know a single word in English

The hostel's name listed on Hostelworld and its directions are wrong. They lead you to a building with no signage saying where the hostel actually is. I arrived at night after a long plane ride and was lucky to have someone point me to where the reception was, in another building down the street. It was a decent place for Hong Kong, but make sure to call ahead of time to make sure where it is.
