I reserved through this site about three weeks in advance from my trip to Bled and after 10 hours of drive, upon our arrival, the owner of the hostal Pibernik very rudely and with an annoyingly arrogant attitude said that our reservation was canceled. No apologies! He also said that he was not working with hostelworld anymore because it created many problems for him and HW charged the client money for no reason. He bites the hand that feeds him! If you love your dignity don't book this hostal!

We always apologise if it comes to overbooking (not being able to oedit availablity like in this case - but we sent the note that we are booked and also found another place even closer to the center at the same rate. But mister was not pleased there as well, giving complaints all the time, told by the owner. Some people like to travel with anger and dissatisfaction around and scattering them as much as possible. We rent rooms for long years and there are many other other reviews and me the same character type - strange isn't it?
