Dirty, dirty, dirty. Good things about this hostel was hot water and the staff that was working there. Very nice people! But the hostel... Terrible! It was so dirty, the room was terrible. I tried to sleep, I could not. People were coming and going and not respecting at all that some people want to sleep. The room was so dirty, things everywhere and the trash so full. The sheets were something that I really did not feel comfortable sleeping. If you are 18 and a boy, Go here! This is The Place!

Location and cost were both pretty good but you definitely get what you pay for. The staff lacked enthusiasm, there was no hot water, a pretty poor excuse for a shower and with a dorm room you don't have a key for the front door or the dorm. It appeared rooms were being fumigated while we were there. The place just needs a bit more love to make it right.

Great place to stay. Located in Palermo, a beautiful neighborhood, close to all the bars and good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The common room is great, the bedrooms are small but nice enough. There's lockers in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. Would stay there again!

Laid back hostel with really friendly and helpful staff. Yummy bread for breakfast, fast wifi, basically everything you need. Only complaint is that it's a pretty far walk from the main areas, but you can take the subway easily.

Upstairs toilet was out of action during our stay and there was only 3 showers for the whole hostel. Other than that the place was great and the staff were very very helpful!

The manager seemed eternally grumpy and the breakfast is just bread and spreads. Place looked nice though. Mattress was incredibly thin

I simply loved the atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Each morning they make homemade bread og you can buy a slice of delicious tortilla for a good price. I was lucky enough to stay a night where the staff threw a barbecue at the terrace. Really good food! The furniture is somewhat wobbly and dangerous with nails sticking out so be careful of you clothes and bare skin. The bathroom good need a handyman as the sink was lose and the room use fresh paint

This hostel is great if you intend to party in Palermo and want to came back to a place where everyone else has also been partying. Fairly cheap. Loud neighborhood. Pretty secure and had a nice common space, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are not well maintained.Sleeping on the top bunk is terrifying because the beds are really unstable. Only stayed one night instead of three, then moved around the corner to the Art Factory--great experience there!

Situated in Palermo, a great neighbourhood, this hostel is disappointingly on a busy main road full of shops. It's a 20 minute walk from the popular bars and cafes of the area. A nearby cafe, which is worth popping into, is Cocu- great breakfasts and french style food.

Words can't describe how bad this hostel is. We booked a private room for 2 ppl and paid more than we did for the Soho Rooms which was really nice. Then we were led to a room that looked like a crack den. I dont mind roughing it a bit but this was unacceptably dirty and run down. The walls were crumbling and were covered in dirt, the window had a filthy torn rag pinned onto it which was meant to be a curtain, there was loose tombacco all over the bedside locker. We left about 5 mins after. DON'T
