Location is good, close to a bus stop that will take you right to city centre in 10 minutes. The grandmother was very helpful, speaking only in Russian. For advice and communication in English, the daughter and granddaughter are just a phone call away. They helped organize a taxi to the airport for me very early in the morning, thanks.
