Clean, affordable, great location, fun bar and awesome staff!! I loved bunk!!

Really laid back and good tacos. Staff at the travel desk are great, but the queue for check-in can get really really long.

Love this place. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, clean and organized facilities. Bunk also has a very good central location, and is only a short walk from the train station if you need to travel places.

Nice place to stay. Good value for money.

The hostel was pretty good and near to different services such as supermarket. You could also easily walk to the center. The dorms had security lockers but they were in a poor shape so I was not convinced about their safety. The staff was nice but they gave us confusing information, eg. when we went to get the pancakes one said that we need a voucher and other one that we didn't.The welcoming ceremony was really nice but dont take the wraps, those were horrible. Good hostel if you like to party!

I enjoyed staying at bunk. The staff were very friendly and the communal areas were well laid out which made it easy to chat to people. Half way through the week, someone stuck a fork in a toaster blowing the power, after this point the toasters were removed and did not re-appear by the time I left! This was slightly inconvenient.

By far the best rung this hostel has going for it are the friendly staff and the social atmosphere. Don't give up, people are really aprecating it!

Great kitchen. Long Oktoberfest tables and free breakfast was great. bar was the cheapest in Australia. free drinks for ladies on ladies night! Slainte! Sam and Jordan were well fit!

The room I stayed in was to say the least cramped. But outside of that its close to bars though u need pants and not shorts to enter their bar. It was also close to most everything u wanna do and free taco 4 times a week is nice

i booked here. when i did check-in, i give resevation paper to teller. but teller said "you have to pay to me because it is just resrvation" SO I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN i don't know why i visit this website. i am really angry :(

I had a good time in Bunk Hostel. The stuff is nice and very kind. You can get a lot of good servise. I'm sure you can spend perfect staying here!!!

We had better expectations. So we were not really happy with our room. It was not clean and all in all the price was too much for that room. But the location is perfect and also the atmosphere and the staff is really nice and friendly. All in all we had a good time there.

its PARTY hostel bitches!! dont ever think having comfy sleep in bunk hostel! cos no matter what , u will never. anyway.! staffs are okay.. as usual treat to asian, but people who stay there are mostly european who travel or work. but they are very racist. so.. if your color race. dont ever think to be nice with them or hang out with them.. but i will recommend you if you looking for party,, its right next to china town and club st!

Total disappointment. It dosn't look like the way it showd in the internet. it is either not taken care of for a long period of time or is a total misleading. Very dirty, dirt everywhere. which totaly opposit what is shown in their website. Kitchen facility very poor and dirty. We are very sorry for ourselves that we made such a mistake and booked a room with them. We have to move to a different accomodation in the middle of our vactaion. airconditioning was faulty. it made us sick.

Free meals! utmarkt! Pool babes EVERYWHERE!

Very big hostel. Great location if you want to party. 5-10 mins walk from city center. Rooms are rather dark and small. They are not clean with small cockroaches here and there. Cleaning staff is poor: Someone smashed a cockroach on the wall of the ensuite bathroom and it stayed there my entire stay (more than a week). Be careful: the Hostel does NOT refund any money for early check-outs. Unfriendly and uncooperative staff. All in all not recommendable.

My stay in Bunk backpackers was the best stay ever as I have travelled 29 countries but nothing comes close to the quality of service and the amount of freebies we got at a 5 star backpacker. I was particularly impressed with Catherine and Maria and the bar staff is absolutely great too. It was a home away from home and I really adored the place. From Jacuzzi to the free meals to the Idol nights to the amazing Mexican food and the lovely staff. I am glad I stayed here and I recommend it .

Me and my friend found that they offered way more on there website than when we got there. Also the pictures of the rooms themselves look a lot bigger than they actually are. We had gotten a 2 bedroom ensuit (wich wasnt a ensuit bathroom was down the hall and had to share with another bedroom. When we bent over in our room our noses could touch one wall while our butts could touch the other, so there was barely any room for our luggage.

Great party hostel, with a nightclub and a bar downstairs. Downside are: room are a bit small and one bathroom for 8 bed dorm, with no other in the floor is a bit anoying!
