Luggage storage area was not secured and dirty. Shower/toilet area at ground floor was smelly, flooded with broken floorboards. Staff were not very friendly. Lockers are too expensive. Lockers at other hotels are better value!

Staff could have some costumer service training. Reception doesnt want to spend 5 seconds at check-in saying for us to bring down the linen and makes us do so when we're checking out running late for the airport. Only hostel bar I know with dress code! Thought hostels were supposed to be laidback... Good location and facilities!
