Many reasons - killed a bug in my bed-dirty walls & floor-bathroom not cleaned during the 2.5 days was there- TV broken and staff would not repair or replace it - no table in room - no place to hang clothes - only 1 small chair - cracked walls - warped door - - sign on hostel wall states "no smoking in Burg Hostel" which is false because the place reeks of smoke especially where they serve food - no map or information available - hostel advertised on Hostelworld.com as modern which is false.

More of a guesthouse than a hostel. We stayed in a private room. It was clean but very squeaky bed. Food in restaurant is really nice and cheap.
