Much better option than noisy center of town. Very relaxed, comfortable stay. Great staff. Away from town, about 25 min walk, but a complimentary shuttle runs most of the day. Included breakfast, pool, and you can lay in a hammock reading a book. 3 minute walk from local grocerie store. Not much of a beach near the hostel (mostly rocks), but can catch the shuttle down town to the lagoon.

Don\'t let the name throw you off, nice cabin set-up. Only 2 computers for internet, but breakfast was included. Family run with owners there almost all the time. A good relaxed spot close enough to the actual town

The units are extremely dated, although clean and spacious. The location is quiet and off the main strip and with a courtesy bus it isn't much of a problem. The team also helped arrange sailing at good stand by prices.

The location is pretty far away from town actually, however that makes it probably one of the quieter hostels around which is great if you want to get some proper sleep :) Staff is also helpful in selecting one of the many Whitsunday tours! The rooms are nice, however the locks on doors and windows are quite poor and the rooms don't have lockers. I did meet some of the nicest people on my trip right here!

Nice, quite and clean place with a decent breakfast (for this price range). Staff is very helpful. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both showers needed some work. Recommendable, if you want to stay outside of Airlie Beach but be still close enough to walk. There is also a regular & free service to & from Airlie Beach; and a cab costs only AUD 10.

An amazing place with amazingly friendly people. Great BBQ night, chatting in the garden, watching dvd\'s while having a lazy afternoon etc etc. Recommend any lone traveller to book here and feel part of a big group of friends. Met some fantastic people. You won\'t want to leave.

Not bad place, Small self contained dorms each having its own kitchen. Good option if you are travelling in a group though not the best place to meet people. All in all a good option though would be better if it were closer to the town.   Read Owner Comments

Not quite the luxury i expected from the website. It was a pretty basic hostel in some need of a facelift. Didn't think the security was great as there were no lockers in the room and i didn't know the people i was in a dorm with. The lock on my room was rubbish and took some time to open. I was disappointed here were no hot muffins on at breakfast as expected from the reviews.
