When we arrived they told us that they had a double booking, so they transferred us to another hostel for the same price. So we thought it would be better but we arrived in a whole different place nothing like a hostel. It looked a bit doggy, we couldn't lock our door properly and it all looked dusty and old.... we didn't expect much, but a bit more then this.

The location isn't very obvious- walked past it a few times thinking we weren't in the right place, then looked again and saw a small sign on the door- they were a few floors up in the building. But aside from difficulty finding the place and wi-fi only really connecting well close to the lobby, was quite a nice place.

Basically good. If kitchen is with more equipped, personally I am more glad. =)

I really like this hostel. The breakfast was GREAT but mind you i'm a vegetarian. My bed was super comfy, and I loved the interior decoration of the hostel. The best I've been too. And it's affordable too. Yes I stayed for one night, but my only complaint was the chainsaw snoring of one of the other guests. Luckily I had earplugs for that :)

Old hostel, the floor is noisy and the beds are not very comfortable, but the breakfast is good. I will try to choose another hostel my next trip in Krakow

the staff was really helpful when i thought i lost my mobile phone at the hostel. i really appreciate him. i know some hostels in Europe, but this butik hostel\'s hospitality is exceptional and i suppose it is all supported by its staff. thank you so much and i would recommend this hostel to all my friends who are going to visit Krakow.

I only stayed there one night... but it looked old and not so funny... They have breakfest, it is good... but the bed was the worst bed I 've ever sleeped... it would be better sleeping in the ground.... Look better and you will certainly find another hostel that is 100%
