Staff is extremely friendly, helpful with anything you could need, and easy to get along with. Computer use is available, both via wifi and with their own desktops in the facility. Location is quiet and a short walk from a tram stop. Hostel provides bath towels, which is a major bonus. Each room has lockers which is also fantastic. Building entry is via a coded lock which makes it very secure. Building has a kitchen that anyone can use.

The hostel seems to be in a nice and safe neighbourhood, but what we liked the most was the really friendly staff. Without asking the receptionist told us about everything worth visiting and made us feel welcomed and enthusiastic about the city. I can only reccomend ;)

The staff were all EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and made our stay as relaxing and fun-filled as possible. They were really lovely and gave us great advice on places to go and how to get around. The hostel was really clean and the beds were lovely and comfortable! there are really big lockers which is great as you can lock all your belongings in there without worrying. The location is slightly out of the center but in a good way as it is a walk-able distance and the area is quiet and beautiful!

its a nice hostel but the location is not so good. you can still walk to the city but it takes likes 15 min. the staff was very nice and helpfull when we arrived but when we had some questions in the morning there was no one to asked. also there was supposed to be free coffee but we could not find a coffe machine. but the rooms are nice and clean and also the bathroom.

I reserved the single room and put time of arrival at 9pm. I came at hostel just in time, noone was there, no one answered the phone line from the internet, and mobile phone on the doors was switched off. It is claimed that they have open reception until midnight. I spent 30 minutes on -2 trying to get into my reserved room. After that I gave up, went back to center to reserve another one, and entered this one only at 23pm.

Staff spoke perfect English. Had an intimate knowledge of the city. I felt safe, door's have advanced electronic key pad entry systems, neighborhood surrounding hostel was silent at night, you could hear a pin drop. Hostel was clean, made us feel at home.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly (best I've encountered while staying at a hostel). It's very close to Centar (about 15 min walk) and a couple blocks from the tram station which will get you anywhere in Zagreb. Definitely ask about a day excursion to Plitvice Lakes while you're there!

This Hostel was spotlessly clean! The young couple who ran it were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they had loads of advice about Zagreb. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils etc. Great wee Hostel. No problem reccommending this one :-)
