Excellent Staff. I really enjoyed my stay and I'll be coming back. Everything I needed was there. I particularly like the kitchen. Such a good idea to have two workstations. Thoroughly recommended!

Fabulous hotel with wonderful, helpful staff! They helped me with my busses by calling up the services to ask the questions I had asked, that they could not. However, the hostel is in a part of the city that is piú brutta, and would reccomend being part of a group travelling in this part of Catania. It's a beautiful city, but on the street here I felt very unsafe. Again, the staff are very friendly, offering movies, tea, conversation plus clean sheets and wonderful working showers.

C.C.Ly is a fantastic hostel. The staff/owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms are new, clean and nicely decorated. The common areas and kitchen provide a great spot to make new friends, look at the great view of Mt Etna, and surf the web with free wifi! High speed wifi works throughout the hostel, and is legitimately high speed. Two big thumbs up for C.C.Ly, they deserve every positive rating they get! Highly recommend!

The hostel is wonderful! The staff is so nice and friendly, there is a very nice atmosphere that makes you feel like at your own home. There are lockers in the room to put your things inside. Everything is clean. Breakfast is not included in price, but it costs only 3E and you get everything, The best of all are the staff that are being so friendly and make you don't want to leave :-)

I stayed here for 2 nights and felt like home. Staffs here are very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed travelling around Catania due to their hospitality.

Very cool hostel and I can speak for both, the dorms and the double rooms for I stayed, two days in each. The double room is cozy, spacious, has a telly and the bed is good. Plus balcony with a sight to the city and the harbour from where you can see the sea. Quiet impresive the view from the living room, it has the perfect view on the Etna. The dorms are fine and not overcrowded, you have your own locker. But the best thing is the staff, Paolo is the man. This hostel would always be my pick.

This has been one of my favourite hostels of my trip so far. The building itself is amazing. Huge heavy doors to get inside. Inside a nicely furnished, clean, fun hostel. Super friendly & helpful staff. 5 minute walk from the train & bus stop. 10 mins to the centre of town. Lots of amazing things to see and eat. EAT EAT EAT!!! Highly recommended.

I had a brillant time here, felt at home. It's not an hostel, but a welcoming and confortable friends' home. I think the best hostel on my trip. nice persons, nice enviroment, nice foods (the kitchen is well equipped and the dinner together other guests were really nice moment), drink and music!! Not a party hostel, but a place with a fantastic atmosphere. I really liked ccly hostel, a great place in a really nice city. I hope one day a can come again!!

Definetely, one of the best hostels I ever stayed, an opinion matured after many years travelling around Europe where i have experienced all sort of possible hostel accomodations. The hostel is cosy, well equipped, spacious, ideally for recovering energies after a day out. A nice kitchen and a super confy living-room makes you feel at home and a general relaxing armosphere makes possible to establish a contact with other guests such in an easy way. If you come to Catania choose this hostel.

We recommend this hostel to everybody who stays in Catania and around. It is good located (near the T/B staion, but not noisy) clean, pretty, with all the service you need. Jitka and Rosario (the staff) are really born for the job.Very friendly and helpfull,will tell you everything about Sicily and its food:-),give you all practical information and if you want,take you to some great places,not so easy to reach.If there was something that i didn´t like, than i totally forgot what it was:-)

Bright, colourful place on third floor of a renovated palazzo (there's a lift). Nice owners. Located half way between the train station / bus terminal and the centre of the city. There is a zone with street prostitution in a street near the hostel, but ignore it or take one street detour and there's no bother. Offers pretty much all the services you can expect from a modern hostel for small prices.

AMAZING! Definitely the best hostel I have ever stayed in and I have been in a ton. Extremely clean, cute decoration, and small enough to meet everyone else at hostel. Free Friday friendly dinner. People who worked there were very nice and helpful, the girl even took me for a typical Sicilian drink. Only complaint I have is that it's a bit unorganized sometimes but it didn't bother me with everything else that was so good about it.

Felt like home, it has everything you need. Great location, close to the bus and the train station. Staff is really nice and helpfull, hostel is clean, great kitchen, wifi and lockers. I don´t think of anything else you can ask for. Best experience in all Europe.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and informative. Hostel is close to main bus/train station which tends to mean a lot of interesting characters around but it all adds to the charm. Easy walk to town centre and main attractions. Excellent restaurant next door and staff will give you great tips on other eateries. Must try coffee or choc granita and brioche from around the corner. Rosario and Jitke offer a relaxed, welcoming environment. Will definitely stay here again.

The hostel was great! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They had a nice free dinner on Friday with pasta and wine. Good place to meet people.The staff takes guests out at night for a drink.

Too much money spent on decorating and not enough put into the comfort of guests! The beds are quite uncomfortable as the frames are cheap and nasty with one metal bar to 'support' a mesh section, so naturally these begin to sag and the metal bar is right at hip/buttock level. Staff member was quite cold when we arrive and throughout stay. She didn't even reply 'goodbye' or say anything when we said thank you for having us. Not sure what got her knickers in a knot! Glad we only stayed 1 night!

Location is not in the nicest part of town but very close to the bus station
