We are glad to offer you a spacious and light 1-room apartment for short-term rent, comfortably sleep 1-4 people as the room is quite big and 2 sofa-beds can be easily transformed into 2 double-beds.
Our apartment carries all necessary household appliances from hair dryer to dish washer.
We have diligently renovated and decorated the flat in 2008.
We have an electronic lock so you are free to enter any time you want and do not have to carry keys with you.

Cash only for payment of balance upon arrival.
There is a 4300 Rubles or $150.00 security deposit upon arrival. You will receive this back so long as there are no damages to the apartment.
