Overall pretty good. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but weren\'t unusable. My biggest problem was the location. Overall, really good considering the price.

It\'s a good hostel, although the common room and kitchen are a bit small

Kitchens need better equipment. The refridgerators are way to small for such a large hostel. Get bigger and effective ones. Need garbage disposals and effective sanitary washing shinks.

Good place. Very nice people. Not the cleanest ablutions but you get at last what you pay for. Would come back any time.

A very simple yet comfortable and welcoming hostel. Good option for a low budget

Convenient place to stay for a night or two, especially if you need to go to the bus station. If you're arriving at night keep your eye out for the entrance (and street number) as its easy to walk past. When I stayed here most of the guests were slightly older than your normal hostel stayers.

it felt less a youth hostel than a melting pot family home, but has definitely charme It´s close to a skytrain station but I wouldn´t go out there at night.

You pay for what you get. Not a party hostel.

Staff was the friendliest and most hospitable I have ever encounter at a hostel. Hostel and rooms were clean and all for a ridiculously cheap price. Stay here!

A very nice and well run hostel, but when we went there was absolutely no vitality in the place. Heads down in laptops and people staying in their room. May just have been the crowd in off season?

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that I was able to leave my suitcase while I travelled for the weekend.

My friend and I are from Seattle, WA. We both didn\'t spend Christmas with our families this past year and decided to visit Vancouver for the Christmas weekend instead. So, we booked a private double at the C&N Backpackers Hostel and enjoyed every minute of it. It\'s in a good location, not too far from downtown, close to Chinatown, and has access to the light rail. I\'ve stayed at lots of hostels before - more than I can count! - and I highly recommend C&N Backpackers in Vancouver, BC.
