C&N Central Station Hostel Reviews

Bed Bugs!!!! even we wear long pants and long sleeves clothes, we still got a lot of bites, Also, i was kinda fresk out after the first night, so i wear jacket and cover my head, and i had 10 bites on my face, i dont know what kind of bugs it is, but very bad!! the hostel changed the room for us after 2 nights, still have the same problem.

Best thing about this hostel is the location. Right on Main St and 5 minutes from the train station. Close to China town and the Skytrain. This place was absolutely disgusting. I saw bugs crawling everywhere. The room, the hallway, the toilets, the shower. Speaking of the shower, AWFUL. One shower for the entire floor and it was the filthiest shower I have ever been in. I only used it once and went with wet wipes the next day. No atmosphere here, just a bunch of creepy old guys.

The two nights that I stayed were great. It's close to the train/bus station and all public transit The staff are know where to go, what to see and all in all were great to talk to. it is safe and clean and the pub is a really fun place. I know where I will stay the next time I'm in Vancouver

Need to improve the kitchen. Some of the long term guests were questionable. Bar is a lot of fun.

The blanket on our bed was not clean. There were multiple bugs crawling around our room. The bathrooms were unsanitary. There was a hair in our food from the cafe downstairs.

Pros: Location next to the Coast Pacifical Train Station. Best placew if you must take a train next morning. Cons: Only one shower per floor, common spaces very small. Area without any kind of interest. Beds too noisy. Not plugs next to each bed. Any curtain to gice more privacity to each bed. You get what you paid, low price, but don´t expect surprises.
