Dirty dirty dirty everything in the hostel

The Personal was very friendly and kind, but the rooms and everything was very dirty!

It was okay cuz it's very close to greyhound and boltbus but other than that... Whole building is very sketched out. But the guy on the front desk, Mike is really a nice guy!

I stayed for only one night, so cannot really say much. But the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was pretty big and clean (I stayed in a 6-bed dorm - alone) so that was all good. The facilities were alright but not overly inviting and the general atmosphere was ok. I didn't get to meet many people which I thought was a pitty, it's quite anonymus there. My general impression was ok though.

Very clean. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Dorm rooms offer a lot of space and come with sink and TV. Not the greatest neighbourhood but convenient as it's close to the bus station and sky train. Good place to stay for a night or two

Convenient location close to central station. Staff is super-nice and helpful. It was very quiet when i stayed there, had a 6-bed dorm for myself. Room is very big with fridge, TV and sink. There's a pub downstairs but it doesn't get noisy at night. Maybe not the best place for socializing but a good budget option.

Good location (very close to greyhound bus station, bus and sky train), very friendly staff. Only one bathroom per floor, but I never had to wait. No Wifi in dorms (free wifi downstairs) I always come back there when in Vancouver.

Should have known staying right next to the train station was a bad idea. Staff was very friendly, but atmosphere was lacking and suspicious to say the least. No one really socialized and the cleaners came into the room at around 6 am to change the bedding. If you are looking to work in Vancouver, stay here. If you have a limited time and would like to experience the city and meet other travelers stay elsewhere.

Bedding was threadbare. Fridge was full and dirty but no one in the room was using it.

Great hostel. Good location, rooms are nice, staff are very friendly. Wifi works very well. I would stay here again.

just old people, really bad!! 30 rooms in one floor and 1 TOILET!!

Ok - no real security and anyone can pass through.

I heard the staff here call a customer an idiot, which is unaccetable. Location is near Chinatown, ALL THE OTHER HOSTELS ARE IN DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER, where everything is happening party/nightlife wise. There is NO SOCIAL SCENE here. If you are a YOUTH backpacker, DON'T STAY HERE. There are permanent residents here and this place is eerily creepy. NO WIFI EXCEPT ON FIRST FLOOR with 5 floors total, and even then it didn't work. And my friend noticed stains on her bedding after she woke up (LOLOL)

The beds were very uncomfortable, rooms were dirty, some of the characters that came in and out of the place seemed a little sketchy but the staff at the font desk were so helpful with everything.

It's very close to Pacific Central Station. I don't think I'll feel good if I live there for many days.

This hostel is not Safe!! My belongings were stolen from my padlocked locker. The locks on the door are dodgy as well! They also overcharged for my accommodation! Many seedy people hanging around this hostel. I recommend for anyone thinking about staying here to choose another hostel as you will incur more inconveniences by staying at this hostel than had to paid an additional $10 and walked another 3 blocks staying elsewhere! At least you will have all your belongings with you!

This is the best value for money hostel in vancouver. All hostels are just stupidly expensive but this one gives you your monies worth, excellent location and very secure. This hostel made me feel part of a family as we all got along swimmingly in the short time I was there and the staff were definitely a major part of that.

The staff are amazing and really helpful. The hostel itself is standard, its ok and for a short stay it's fine but thefacilities are poor and there isn't much of a social feel about it.

Perfect price and location, the best value for money - I can highly recommend.
