The staff could be more attentive, I arrived at 1pm and the staff said that I only can check-in at 4pm, but I was not informed about it. And I couldnt let my baggage, neither I could entry in for a instant just to rest a little bit in the salon... I travelled 18hs by train from Montreal... And I needed to stay walking around the city for 3 hours with my baggage.

I love this hostel. I would definitely go back. It had a lovely home feeling to it.
