CIS Reims was the break I needed. I came here exhausted after a long an continuous motorcycle ride from Rome. I stayed in the single room with shared WC. It was clean and had a big window I opened at night to let the air in. The common spaces are quite basic and being a very large structure there is very little opportunities to interact with others. As a solo traveller, it would be nice to have common spaces more conducive to meeting people and a notice board illustrating events in the city.

Nice hostel in the near of fontainebleu.

The hostel is very big, but oddly empty sometimes. But the staff are friendly and it has all the facilities. The kitchen is very basic (no knives).

Nice little place for one night stay. Not all staff were extremely friendly. Quite awkward walk downtown if you take the side of the main road.

Definitly aimed at large groups of teenagers traveling to France to do a language course. But, for your average young traveller on a budget it's still ok. You have your room with an en suite shower and sink and shared toilets. There are vending machines, communal areas, there's a kitchen and a secure baggage area. As for their fusball tables though, the replacement soft ball is a bit too small so the ball kept getting stuck. It was free to play though. Decent breakfast with cereal and baguettes.

Great place to stay, clean and comfy.

Great Hostel, solo traveled and met some great people. Decent location and Reims isn't too big regardless but definitely a good price for what you get. Very cleanly which was a huge plus. The only thing that was lacking in the hostel was their breakfast. Between the Confi-Cube (you know those cubes you pump ketchup out of - but for jelly) and sugarized frui mix thingt...i recommend everything In this hostel except the breakfast. I loved it here and had a great stay! Thanks! Cavie
