A bit of a walk from the station. Free breakfast is always nice, nothing fancy but a tiny bit more variety than usual. Rooms are small but not bad, the showering system is astoundingly bad in design as the actual shower isn't sectioned off so you use the entire ensuite as the shower cubicle. Everything will get soaked. Not a place to meet people at all, is partially used as a language school and has the vibe of it too. Alright if you just want somewhere to dump your bags and sleep at night.

The hostel was clean, had nice staff, and provided a good breakfast. Also on the positive side, there was a shower and sink in the room, a real bonus. The negatives were it's outside of the city center (15-20 min walk or a ride on the tram from the train station), the toilets weren't my favorite (tiny stalls and no seats), and the atmosphere wasn't super convivial. A fine place to spend the night for a good price, but not the nicest hostel I've ever seen.

Perfect hostel : near everything but in a calm neighborhood, cool staff, comfortable rooms and big and delicious breakfast :)

staff was friendly even when I tortured them with my french; kitchen was substandard: the oven did not work properly so the fire alarm went off & cutleries were hardly there. Breakfast was bountyfull and excellent. Hostel could do more about noise reduction: like children who are running around and shouting is in my view unacceptable since other guests like to enjoy a quiet hostel as well. If parents do not intervene its even more important to point out to them they are not alone !

The room had a nasty stench of sh*t (this is not a joke). The sink was leaking and the room was very small for 4 people. Only one electrical plug to charge our phones...really not worth the price. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to stay in Reims if you can.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel is great for how inexpensive it is. This was my first stay in a hostel and I have to say I am impressed with what CIS Champagne provide at such a low cost. The benefit of having a secure bike garage made it even better!

A decent place for a couple of quiet nights. Not really a place where you should expect to meet too many people as a solo traveller. The stove not working was the only slight frustration. Oh, and also, it would be good to have a shower curtain or something, as it is the whole of the bathroom just got covered in water when you had a shower.

Really low price and breakfast is great. Kitchen was really dirty and unusable. Location left us feeling unsafe at times.

CIS Reims was the break I needed. I came here exhausted after a long an continuous motorcycle ride from Rome. I stayed in the single room with shared WC. It was clean and had a big window I opened at night to let the air in. The common spaces are quite basic and being a very large structure there is very little opportunities to interact with others. As a solo traveller, it would be nice to have common spaces more conducive to meeting people and a notice board illustrating events in the city.

Nice hostel in the near of fontainebleu.

The hostel is very big, but oddly empty sometimes. But the staff are friendly and it has all the facilities. The kitchen is very basic (no knives).

Nice little place for one night stay. Not all staff were extremely friendly. Quite awkward walk downtown if you take the side of the main road.
